Due to the depth of the paper Rose we recommend that you also purchase a padded envelope for any Invitations being sent through the post, available in pearlescent Ivory, metallic Silver or metallic Gold.


ORDER INFORMATION

If you require a sample of any of our stationery designs, please click here to request a sample.

When you are ready to proceed with an Order, please contact us by e-mail or telephone with your requirements.

When you have supplied your wording, we will set up proofs of your stationery and forward to you for your approval by e-mail. You may then make amendments as required before we go to print.

When you have confirmed stationery items and quantities required, we will forward to you a quotation. Discounts and promotions are available on orders over the value of £200.00.

We accept payment by cheque or by credit/debit card. Orders must be paid in full when placed.

When we are in receipt of payment for your Order and we have final approval on your stationery we will go to print and complete your Order. Further changes cannot be made past this point.

Your Order will be despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Postage and packaging charges will be dependant on your Order but will vary between £5.00 to £7.00.

We will process your Invitations, Reply Cards and Information Sheets for you to send out asap. We will then complete any other stationery items required for your Wedding Day once you have had your replies and confirm Menu choices etc. We require you to supply wording for remaining stationery items 4 weeks before your Wedding Day.


STATIONERY ITEMS


SAVE THE DATE   When you have booked your venue and would like to let your guests know to keep the date free, we recommend that you send a Save the Date card. We can supply a plain card or a luggage label style ribbon tag and can feature your chosen colour scheme if required.

INVITATIONS    Wording for your Wedding Invitations can be adapted to suit. Please contact us if you require any assistance with your wording.

REPLY CARDS   RSVP cards are supplied with printed Reply Envelopes for your guests to return. You may choose to also add a stamp for their convenience. We include a line asking for your guests to advise any special dietary requirements as standard. Please advise if you require any further information from your guests. For example you may choose to ask them for special music/song requests or if they require transport you are arranging.

INFORMATION SHEETS   We can include any information you may need to pass on to your guests. Standard information would generally include Venue address/contact details, alternative accommodation and directions/maps. You may also choose to include information regarding your Wedding List/gift requirements, any transport arranged for your guests or dress code for example.

PLACE CARDS   Place Cards are supplied as a free standing tent card as standard. We can also supply as a flat card on request if you have Place Card holders or are placing them on a napkin. Included in the price we print your guests names on the Place Cards however can supply blank on request. The standard Place Card is type only fully co-ordinating with the rest of your stationery. We can also supply with the design incorporated.

TABLE NUMBERS/NAMES   We can supply your Table Numbers/Names as either a single card to be inserted into a holder or as a tent card to stand on your table. The standard Table Number/Name is type only fully co-ordinating with the rest of your stationery. We can also supply with the design incorporated. You may choose to have your tables numbered or choose names that are important to you. Examples include previous holiday destinations, honeymoon destinations, wine regions, favourite songs/movies, shades of you chosen colour scheme, flower names.

MENU   We can supply your Menu as a single card for each place setting or as a standing folded Menu for the table. We can include vegetarian options as required and also your wine list if applicable. Available as type only as standard or incorporating your design.

FAVOUR BOXES   We can supply Favour Boxes to co-ordinate with each design. They are made from our Ivory laid card stock used for all our stationery and are 50mm square and 30mm deep- supplied empty to fill as you require. Standard Favour Boxes priced at £1.00 each co-ordinate with all designs and have a mounted panel with your names and wedding date (or other text if preferred) on the lid. Favour Boxes featuring your Invitation design on the lid are priced at £1.25 for Price Band A and £1.50 for Price Band B.

ORDER OF THE DAY   A single card for your guests to have with them to provide them with details of the days proceedings. This is especially important if you have a number or venues, or special transport information. You can also provide timings of the days events.

ORDER OF SERVICE   A folded A4 size booklet with ivory paper inserts featuring your Order of Service. You can go into as little or as much detail as required with either Hymn numbers or full Hymn wording. You may also decide to include full readings for your guests to follow. Please try to supply wording to us as soon as possible as the typesetting process may take time if you have to pass to your Vicar/Priest for their approval.

TABLE PLAN   Available in either A3 or A2, portrait or landscape. The table plan is printed on ivory paper which is then window mounted on mount board. We use Ivory mount board as standard with other colours available on request.

THANK YOU CARDS   Available either type only as standard or with your design. We can provide blank inside for your own message or we can print your wording as required.
